GreenDeck is fiscally sponsored by Sustainable Seattle and in partnership with SOW CORPS @ Seattle Jobs Initiative, RainWise, and Seattle Public Utilities. GreenDeck builds, designs, and services residential rain gardens. With the fiscal support of Sustainable Seattle, GreenDeck is now able to offer support to underserved members of the Seattle community. This approach allows more room for environmental justice. GreenDeck supports space activation initiatives at Marginal Way Skatepark in SODO, the i-5 underpass project in Chinatown-International District and Carkeek Park in Seattle.

Updated stormwater drain systems beneath I-5 at King and Jackson Streets were designed by SiteWorkshop in 2018. These rain gardens have not yet been grant-funded and remain incomplete.
